RTE and Financing

After failing to achieve the targets set forth in the Millennium Development Goal of primary school completion, Pakistan gears up to meet the more ambitious post-2015 targets of providing every child with 12 years of quality education under SDG 4 by 2030.  This not only requires a renewed commitment to education but also to invest more finances. The volume deals with federal, provincial as well as district level budget analysis.
